Just bought a house — can you change every lock in one visit?
Yes, and you should. We swap or re-key all exterior locks, key them alike so one key runs the house, and can add a smart lock or keypad while we're there. Landlords use the same service between tenants.
My double-pane window is foggy inside. New window?
Not necessarily — fog between panes means the sealed glass unit failed, and in most frames the glass unit alone can be replaced for far less than a new window. We'll measure and quote both options honestly.
Can you fix a door that won't latch anymore?
That's a classic settling symptom and usually a quick fix — hinge adjustment, strike plate repositioning, or a light plane of the door edge. It's the kind of 20-minute job we bundle happily with other list items.
