Home Repairs & Odd Jobs in the Twin Ports
The little stuff that piles up — squeaks, drips, cracks, sticky doors, loose railings — cleared in one scheduled visit by a pro who actually shows up.
The To-Do List Is the Job
Every Northland home has one: the list. The towel bar that pulled out of the wall, the closet door that won't stay on its track, the caulk line going dark in the shower, the outlet cover that cracked two winters ago. No single item feels worth a contractor — and that's exactly the gap Duluth Handyman fills. Small jobs aren't a favor we squeeze in; they're the core of our business.
Send us your whole list. We'll quote it upfront, show up with a stocked van, and work through as many items as the visit allows — interior repairs, exterior fixes, garage fixes, and every odd job in between. Homeowners, landlords, and property managers across Duluth and Superior use us as their one call for everything a house throws at them.

Built for Duluth & Superior Housing Stock
A big share of the homes we work on — East Hillside, Lincoln Park, Superior's East End — were built before 1940. Old-growth lumber, plaster walls, settled foundations, and 90 years of previous owners' fixes. We know what's behind these walls, we respect the old craftsmanship, and we won't treat your 1910 four-square like a 2005 tract house.
Home Repair Questions
How many items can you get through in one visit?
It depends on the items, but a half-day visit typically clears 6–12 small jobs. Send your full list when you request a quote — we'll tell you honestly what fits and sequence the priorities first.
Do I need to have materials ready?
Not unless you want to. You can provide your own materials, or we'll source everything for you — we pick up all the parts and supplies before we arrive, so no time is wasted hunting for materials on your clock. Our van already carries common fasteners, caulk, and hardware. Either way, materials are billed at receipt as their own line, never buried in the labor price.
Is any job too small?
No. If it's a single item, we'll quote it flat. If the trip only makes sense bundled, we'll say so and help you build a visit that's worth your money.
